Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan lets you issue 5 invoices and estimates a month for up to 10 clients. Credit notes are not counted, and exporting your data and deleting your account are always free.

How does the trial work?

New subscribers to BillPigeon Pro get a 7-day free trial. You can cancel before it ends and you will not be charged.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Pro renews until you cancel. Cancel in the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed there, or in your web account if you subscribed on the web. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Does one subscription work on all my devices?

Yes. Pro belongs to your account, so it works on iPhone, Android and the web, wherever you bought it.

Which countries does BillPigeon support?

BillPigeon works in the countries listed on our home page, each with its support level: supported, supported with a compliance notice in the app, or a waiting list where the country requires certified invoicing software.

Who owns my data, and where is it kept?

You do. It is stored in Germany, in the EU. Export your documents or your whole account any time, on every plan.
