The service

BillPigeon, published by Appentium LLC, lets you create invoices, credit notes and estimates, send them and keep track of payments, on iPhone, Android and the web. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must give correct information, keep your sign-in methods safe and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your documents and your responsibility

Your clients, your documents and your data are yours. You are responsible for what they say and for whether they meet the tax and invoicing rules that apply to you. BillPigeon is software and is not tax, legal or accounting advice: check with an accountant if you are unsure.

An issued document cannot be edited or deleted. If it is wrong, you correct it with a credit note, or, where your country allows it, you void it; the number is kept either way.

Plans, trials and payment

The free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. BillPigeon Pro is a subscription that renews until you cancel it. New subscribers can have a free trial; it is shown before you subscribe, and the subscription is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

If you subscribe in an app store, the store charges you and its rules for renewing, cancelling and refunding apply. If you subscribe on the web, you manage and cancel the subscription on the web. See the refund policy.

Credit notes, exporting your data and deleting your account are available on every plan.

Acceptable use

• Do not use BillPigeon for fraud, for fake documents or for anything unlawful.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
• Do not send messages to people who do not expect them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep BillPigeon available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change the service; if a change hurts you, we tell you beforehand.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms; you can still export your data first unless the law forbids it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
